You are a successful woman who is stuck in cyclical patterns of burnout, overwhelm, people-pleasing, searching for approval outside yourself, and you have lost your connection to who you are at the core.  You are powerful, loyal, and successful yet you question yourself. You try to prove your worth by doing, controlling, fixing, and leading with your head.  The pressure you put on yourself has you disconnected from yourself, your partner, and/or your friends. Stressed out and too busy to take on self-care, you resort to numbing your feelings, diminishing your needs, and staying unhappy. Sure, you’re happy most of the time, but something seems missing.

You continue these patterns thinking things will change, you put off working on yourself so you can put others first, and years go by with nothing changing.  You lost yourself, You don't know where you went.

 

You have lost your connection with The Divine, it’s strong or you never had one.  Or, if you’re like me, you’ve gone through several incarnations with your connection with Spirit.  For me, it looked like trying to connect with Spirit through religion, but then I gave up because it didn’t make sense to me.  So, became an atheist and that didn’t feel right either.  So, I became agnostic and started searching for something that I didn’t even know was there.  Chasing the unseen felt empty too.  I had a massive spiritual breakthrough in 2018 and found The Divine within, no more chasing the unknown.  Your story may look very different.  Maybe you are incredibly religious or you’ve sworn off God.  Wherever you are in your journey, I can support you and hold space for you.  And, you must know, much of my coaching connects to Spirit at some point.
